- Devotees carrying Ratha or Alagu Kavadi must appoint an accompanying person (aged 21 or above) as their Kavadi representative. Both the Kavadi bearer and their representative will be responsible for the conduct of their group.
- Both the Kavadi bearer & the representative to fill in the details on the website and must visit the temple within 3 days from the date of booking with the printed acknowledgement form and SGD 100 to complete the registration.
- Devotees carrying Ratha & Alagu Kavadi must enter Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple (SSPT) via Race Course Road, Gate 2.
- Devotees must arrive and leave Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple (SSPT) by their chosen time slot (AM/PM).
- All Kavadis must leave Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple (SSPT) by 5:00pm and arrive at Sri Thendayuthapani Temple (STT) by 11:30pm on Thaipusam Day.
Ratha & Alagu Kavadi: Come via Lavender St → Balestier Rd → Race Course Rd → Enter Gate 2 (SSPT).
- At STT, kavadi bearers will be guided to dismantling slots.
- After dismantling, the representative must provide:
- Kavadi bearer’s particulars
- Slot number
- Vehicle number collecting the kavadi
- Vehicles are allowed into the loading area only when the kavadi is ready for collection.
